Uncaught Referenceerror: CKEDITOR is not defined

I’m using the Ckeditor so that the user can fill in some texts. On the Home page of the site was looking at the Devtools of Chrome and found the mistake.

Solved

Like I said, I used this on Administrative Panel, and not at the front. I went to the template of the front and found to call the file . js of the Ckeditor. I pulled out the line, rescued and gave a F5. Not gave further message of error.
