Is there any way to add libraries to the Droid cpp? I need to use these two libraries. If there is no way in cpp has any c compiller for android that support?

Conio. h by the little I saw I think it is exclusive Windows (its substitute is ncurses, on Linux at least) and you could send what appears exactly in the case of the team. h because I think it should work normally since it is from the standard C library.
PS: I’m new to this programming business, I’m studying on the outside and in a programming technician course and I plan to go to computer science college after high school so I’m sorry if the answer is very wrong.
