I have a java application, and would like to have an online server for offline client authentication.
Example: Client x would need to connect at least once on the server, to authenticate before the client is locked.
I would like some example of server types that I could create and how to build the structure for this.

I apologize for the question, really complicated. I wanted to do a server where my application was logged in to be able to authenticate. Would be to have control of customers who pay rent system.
