How to do LDAP authentication on Laravel

Good morning

I need to change the authentication method from Laravel to LDAP in my company, but I have no idea where and how to proceed with the changes. I did some research and couldn’t find anything related.

Someone’s been through this trouble that can give me a hand?

  • And what’s wrong with installing a third-party package? Something like zendframework-zend-ldap or symfony/ldap (Symfony seems appropriate to me since Laravel itself is composed of other Symfony components)
