Where can I find fully-ready IOS and/or Android application projects? That can customize, edit them and if possible already with communication with web server, without having to do one from scratch.

When you want ready applications recommend look for open source.

On the website mobilegap.net, which is the first result of the google query, already has 6 applications in Phonegap that has the code available on Github.
