I performed the compilation using the Codegear Embarcadero C++ Builder 2009, but for the version you need the following steps are similar.
first -> Unzip the file "comport411f.zip" in the C++ Builder installation folder "C: Program Files (x86) Codegear RAD Studio 6.0 Comport". The files that should be inside this directory are the ones in the folder 'source'.
2nd -> In C++ Builder, add the unzipped folder containing the files from folder 'source' in: "Tools->Options...->Environment Options->Paths and Directories->Library Path" and add the way: "C: Program Files (x86) Codegear RAD Studio 6.0 Comport"
3º -> In C++ Builder, click: "File->Open..." and goes into "C: Program Files (x86) Codegear RAD Studio 6.0 Comport" and open the file "Cportlibcb6.bpk". The program will ask to update the project, click OK.

I did once, but only using the Embarcadero C++ XE8. What you need to do is recompile the entire project again within your Delphi XE7 IDE.
