Read a Serasa Data String

Now, does anyone have any suggestions on how to perform this request in php? I am trying to do via Curl however, the return is always "REQUISICAO CONTAINS LESS THAN 24 BYTES "

Applying an urlencode only in the parameter, the error does not occur.

try to use file_get_contents(), remember that to stop using a URL the option allow_url_fopen in your php must be active.
