I have installed SQL Server 2014. When starting Powershell in Windows Server 2008 R2 and I do the command "sqlps" to test, happens this error that shows in the image below...

NOTE: On another computer, with windows 7 and same version SQL Server 2014, works normally.

How to solve?

Avoid the use of images to represent errors or codes, readers, crawlers and searchers (including Sopt itself). Do not paste code and error images, use Ctrl+C to copy real texts, this makes it easy to search.
