DLL php_http.dll using windows

Question

Is there any possibility of importing this DLL -> php_http with windows? I’ve used all the tips from the internet to try to make this import, many of these tips indicate a link that no longer exists: https://downloads.php.net/pierre/ (and that seems to be the only one that works), all other downloads found after placing the dll inside the php ext folder and inserting it into the Extensions inside php.ini when restarting apache show errors saying other dlls are missing

The library php_http is out of date for more than 6 years. It is incompatible with versions of PHP released since then. It is recommended to use the library CURL.
