I downloaded the Eclipse, installed and performed the entire procedure correctly. As soon as I finished installing and restarting the PC, I ran the program and this error appeared:
The Eclipse did not open.

You must install the JDKavailable java here stay tuned on the architecture (x86, x64), it should be the same as your sistema operacional and equal to that of eclipse, this installation will altomatically add the path of JDK and JRE at the PATH, eclipse will have no trouble finding and using both.
