You have a ' the most in the middle and at the end. Which of the options you want?

$page_atual = !preg_replace('/[^0-9]+\',',$_GET['var1']);

Or (makes more sense):

$page_atual = !preg_replace('/[^0-9]+',$_GET['var1']);
