To what extent is it advantageous to use Nosql?

I’m developing a little app. It does not have a very large amount of data initially, but it would store for example user data (login), images, and some information in text format.

But I intend to increase the volume of data gradually in the future. I have heard of Nosql which is a fairly indicated alternative in today’s times, I’m researching about to better understand. But I would like some help from the community and understand the extent to which it is advantageous to use Nosql instead of SQL.

I know it is too broad and too generic to arrive at a definitive, but in case they can tell me if they use or at some point used, if they recommend the use and if by their experience (In the most current scenarios), it would be in my case some advantage or disadvantage.

    In addition, see: https://answall.com/q/14533/112052 | https://answall.com/q/96409/112052

  • I wanted to know if they have experiences in the most current scenarios. I took a look at the questions and answers, but many are older.

Currently the relational is even better putting most of the functions that Nosql has. Nosql has not solved its problems. Scenarios do not change with time, especially the one quoted in the question.
