getId() returning null (AWT-Eventqueue-0 java.lang.Nullexception)

Question

I’m building a basic system that supports the calls of the IT sector. The problem is this: as it is already in the title, the getId() method of the sector entity is returning null. Seeing this, I decided to create a test class, that works smoothly:

    Setor set = new Setor();
    Ubs ubs = new Ubs();

    SetorDAO setorDAO = FactoryDAO.criarSetorDAO();

    set.setNome("teste");
    set.setContato("12345678");
    ubs.setId(2);
    set.setUbs(ubs);

    setorDAO.save(set);

But when I go to Jframe it returns this error. At first, it is in the same mold as the other classes, which are saving normally. The code that is on the save button of the frame is this:
