I am studying Software Design through SWEBOK and I could not understand what would be the artifacts of software design, such as what kind of document would be specified the types of key design subjects, such as security, competition and internationalization. Also, there is some tool or framework suitable to do this kind of documentation?

I think what you’re looking for is a way to specify requirements, whether they’re functional or non-functional. Since you are studying by a very classical methodology, I recommend taking a look at the Enterprise Architect.
security, competition and internationalisation are generally classified as non-functional requirements, but are still requirements, can/should be linked to diagrams and tests.
