would like to know how to keep a row as active from the table by default, without passing the mouse, in case it would be to be selected one of 4 options available in each row.
Ex:
In case I leave this first linah already highlighted and as I use the arrows or a button it goes down, for the other options.

You can use the Contextual Classes of bootstrap:

In your case, to keep active even without passing the mouse (Hover), Voce can use:
Class table-active in <tr> if in the version 4.3.
<tr class="table-active">...</tr>
Class active in <tr> if in the version 3.3.
<tr class="active">...</tr>
Even, classes can be used in cells.
