Unconfigured output on Atom

I use Atom + gpp Compiler to study c++ in windows. When I use accents the output is all messy. Is there any way to allow the release of accents?

  • The problem is not the code but the prompt that "no" shows special characters, I can not test it now to give a clear answer, but these two links (microsoft website) and that link no stackoverflow in English explains the problem a little better.
