generated an application with React-Turn on that is working login function on all android versions from 4.1 to 8.1, but in version 9 it is not calling the network at the time it is requested.
I’m using Aces to perform the requests. Is there any permission that is different in Android version 9 and so it does not work?

Probably be your library (Windows), in android 9 the use of http has been totally removed, try adding in your Androidmanifest the attribute android:usesCleartextTraffic="true"

Ariel’s response gives the solution way, really http was taken from the 9+ versions of Android.

Not the request happens to my server and it is working normally in previous versions of Android, but 9 it does not work. But when I am running on Avd it runs normally, only after generating the apk it does not run
