Phpmailer, read email in php

Good afternoon ! I did a search on the internet and I didn’t think much about, I don’t know if with phpmailer or any other tool that is better, I would have some way of monitoring the emails I receive in gmail for example, and depending on whether an email with subject X happens to enter data in my system?
