Consider being more specific. What would you like to know if it is possible? To learn how to use the functions, use the jQuery documentation that is very well documented, with examples and etc.
@Thiagosilva bind and on are basically equal. The difference is described in the question I suggested as duplicate. The off and the unbind are similar, different names in different generations/versions of jQuery.
