Unfortunately Docker in Windows is not so good, because he has to emulate a Linux machine to serve the kernel for the images and only then use the concept of container and batteries, and another thing I noticed is that in particular Windows 10 recently is slower than normal for Docker, I say this because I’ve been using Docker for more than 3 years, as Docker for windows is relatively new and windows 10 is with several reports of problems I believe you will have a lot of difficulty even on this platform, so we for a while, from what I’m seeing from microsoft she’s updating fast and who knows they change it.
But summarizing regarding performance there is not much to do, this link was opened a discussion to help people with this problem and developers can help, I hope it will be useful
