Error trying to install Ntoastnotify package by Nuget

I’m trying to install the package:

Ntoastnotify version 5.0.10

in my system:

Asp.Net Core 2.1

But I’m getting the following messages:

You have two alternatives:

1. Install version of Ntoastnotify 5.0.8 compatible with ASP.NET Core 2.1

Install-Package Ntoastnotify -Version 5.0.8

2. Update your application to use ASP.NET Core 2.2
