Heroku downgrade php 7.3. * to 7.2. *

I don’t know how I upgraded the php version in Heroku to version 7.3, however this version (7.3.) is causing several bugs in the application, with do I can downgrade to version 7.2. ?

I have already tried to change the version in Composer.json to:

"require": {
"php": "7.2.*",

But when deploying is installed version 7.3 in the same

php laravel-5 php-7 heroku
