Downloading data from the Internet site Bovespabmf by R

I need the data of this site here Bovespa:

The data I want is from the actions of 2017 and 2018. For this I need to click on the option Séries Anuais (todos os dias úteis do ano escolhido) go through the image test and then download the file.

The download comes in . Zip format

I need to open it and make all modifications to take it to excel.

And then pull the R.

How do I learn to pull data through R in this type of situation?
