I need a cache plugin for wordpress multsite. Any recommendations? I only found plugins that cater to wordpress that is not Multisite.

WP Super Cache is a great cache plugin, with over 2 million active installations, it proves to be the most efficient cache plugin. And is maintained by Automattic itself.
Just activate it on the Multisite network it is automatically configured.

Have you tried https://wordpress.org/plugins/cache-enabler/ ? It usually works well for this type of purpose. Cache via CDN as Cloudflare might be interesting too, no?
