File function in C++

Question

Hello I have a problem using the file function, I need to make a program that registers the place and the name of the person in a bus but the problem is that every time I close the program and open again the name and the place that the person chose is reset, I would like to know how to get it recorded in txt without re-recording. PS: I’m new to programming.

Matheus, I tested your code and it worked. Except for this excerpt.

int flag=0,lugar=0;

I traded for:

int flag,lugar;

Maybe you are without write or read permission in the root directory
