I am developing an intranet for a company that is my client. For now it is only a prototype, only in the future will be marketed. On this intranet there are interactive graphics whose codes come from the demo pages of Highcharts (Like this one). For clarification, I did not install the software. In this case, how does the license work? Do I need one? If so, which one? Thank you for any clarification.
This type of information can be found on the website: https://shop.highsoft.com/highcharts, to use the free package: https://shop.highsoft.com/faq#Non-commercial-0

If the objective is commercial, yes, you need a license. Here the text of the free license "non-commercial": "If you are a non-profit company, or use our products for personal use", I mean, only for personal purposes. In your case you can use this version to develop the prototype and, when the application is for production, the customer must purchase a license. As @Marceloboni pointed out on the Highcharts has the licenses, the functionalities and their prices, you can see choose the best.
