How can I connect two pi Raspberry over a local ethernet network, for example send a text from one to the other over the local ethernet network.

Has standard library from Python 3.4 (PEP 3156): asy and the Twisted. And depending on the Raspberry Operating System, there is the module socket: "This module provides access to the BSD socket interface. It is available on all Modern Unix systems, Windows, Mac OS X, Beos, OS/2, and probably Additional Platforms."
