How to access Virtual Host from another pc on the same network

I want to access my site that is in #PC1 by mobile or #PC2, but I can only access it by the computer itself where it is, and if I try to enter from another computer only works if I put the IP of my machine instead of the Virtual Host on q the site is. Example: I created a virtual Host in apache with the name SITE1.LOCALHOST only when I put this domain on another pc to be able to see the site, it does not load, unless I put the server IP, which leads to LOCALHOST

    Virtualhost is configured to point when accessed, the file hosts is for local access, to access the server would have to configure on the router, or else create a proxy, which would depend on configuring the main computer as proxy server and the others would have to configure the network interface (or via operating system). Or else configure the c:/windows/system32/drivers/hosts (or /etc/hosts PC2 Linux) to point to PC1 IP, for example 192.168.0.101 site1.localhost
