Error in libpq-fe library. h

I am using codeblocks and the library however I am with the following error:

fatal error: libpq-fe.h: No such file or directory

I have already added the path pointing to the header file by the following path

Project -> Build Options -> Linker Settings.

Is there any other way to access this library??
