I have often read the manual of use of the web mail tracking service and I couldn’t understand how I can access the user and password. I’ve been trying for days to understand and I can’t.

To access this service, the customer must:
- Request the availability of the service from the commercial area of ECT together with the safety certificate issued by responsible authority;
- Receive, from the commercial area, the authorization to run the application, along with a user identification and password connection;
