I have a website on Wordpress, but it does not host image on the server itself, only on external servers, has some form in PHP, to capture this url, that is, capture the first image of the post, I’ve seen themes like this, but I don’t know how to do.

I’m not sure I understand your question, but if you want to have a list of external Urls, the business is to create a custom table in Wordpress. For this, you must install the plugin Pods, where you will be able to create this new table and insert the desired fields as well as feed them with all the Urls you need and then apply them to your site in any way you wish.
