I have a form that I add or remove lines as I increment data, through the buttons.

This form has 2 fields with mask, but it turns out that the mask only works in the first line and not in the following.

You are using id (#) of the field to insert the mask and this will make it as if it is only applied to the field that has that specific id. Instead, choose to use the mask in a class assigned to the field, thus allowing all fields that have that same class, to be formatted.
