cannot load such file -- config/boot (Loaderror) - Redmine ruby

I had Redmine installed on a Ubuntu 12.04 server
I decided to upgrade the Redmine to the new version.
After following all the steps in this tutorial: http://goo.gl/yI0zE2
I’m getting the error message below.
How to proceed?

  • The archive /var/www/redmine/config/boot.rb is there, right? In that case the problem is who does the require, is with an extra ".". You can check this out.?
