Dexarchivebuilderexception with Guava 21.0

I just received an Exception when I went to update the versions of the frameworks and run an application that was long stalled. My dependencies are these:

And the Exception I got was this:

Because Guava in version 21 on Android launches the exception while being compiled to the Dalvik format (DEX)?

Version 21 of Guava can only be used in Java 8 environment, and the application is probably in version 7.

The solution is to update the library to a unique version compatible with android. Below:

dependencies {
  compile 'com.google.guava:guava:23.3-android'
}
