Create unique content in Wordpress (no plugin)

Question

I’m having a little trouble reasoning a decent logic for a wodpress theme present exclusive content.

The idea is the following: I need to send an email, which will contain a parameter in the link that will enable the post view.

Where I’m struggling: if I just put a validation in single.php to check if the parameter exists, I block access to the post for everyone who doesn’t have access.

My solution so far: I’ve made a gambs here for every time a post is saved by checking the exclusive option, this id goes to a table in the comic called exclusive posts.

Someone who’s been through such a difficult time can help me think?

Thierry, your idea to treat the parameter on the single is correct. You can use the parameter to validate and when it is not valid, display an error or redirect to another page. :)
