I uninstalled and reinstalled a newer version of Vertrigo Server to have PHP 7, but when I try to do something with Laravel or Composer on CMD there appears a message saying: "the program cannot be started because it is missing php5ts.dll on your computer". It seems that he does not recognize the new version of PHP, someone can say what it can be?

What is happening is that the extension of this DLL is probably disabled, for conscience-free try to look in your php.ini if all the necessary extensions are enabled and take advantage and take a look at your apache settings.
