Application Installation Failed

After using for the first time Android Studio on a mobile phone, I could not use the emulator normally. The message appears below. Somebody please help me?

"Installation failed with message Failed to Establish Session. It is possible that this Issue is resolved by uninstalling an existing version of the apk if it is present, and then re-installing.

WARNING: Uninstalling will remove the application data!

Do you want to Uninstall the existing application*?"

What version of Android Studio and the mobile model?

  1. Make sure that USB debugging is enabled and that there is no security module in your phone that is preventing installation, such as USB app verification.

  2. Try to disable the Instant Run
