Jenkins' CLI connection denied

When executing

java -jar jenkins-cli.jar -remoting -s http://maquina:9090 get-job TAL -auth user:1457c2

I am being denied connection for some reason. Jenkins version 2.89. Any idea why the error? Error stack:
