What is the best way to 'convert' a website or PHP or HTML system to a Android and iOS app ?

I have a PHP Script with DB Mysql and HTML site , and I’ve heard that you can generate the version of the site or system in PHP or HTML for Android and iOS application.

What do they indicate.?

In this case, you should create an app with the Webview to display your web-hosted PHP system. There is a free online platform to create apps. It’s very intuitive, you don’t even need to know Java to program, you do everything by assembling block diagrams. Very interesting! http://appinventor.mit.edu/
