Everything is already correct, but the launch button is not active!
follow prints! already tried to send several versions, change text, everything, nothing else works!

Whoa, blza!? is your first publication? if it is, up there where you top the print have the information that is missing for you can publish.
Generally it is content rating (which can only be done dps that vc uprate the app), and app availability and pricing. Stay tuned to mark the options your app is within the guidelines, and whether it has content for children.
Check tab by tab and see if there are any mandatory fields left behind.
