Failure to install Chart.js

I am trying to install Chart.js in my eclipse project but every time I run the installation code error appears.

npm install chart.js --save

I already got it. First I disabled the firewall and then I used the original.

npm config set registry http://skimdb.npmjs.com/registry

npm config set registry http://registry.npmjs.org
