There is an app developed in PHP which returns the time of delivery of an order. However, as we are in daylight time the date is coming wrong. How can I fix this in php ?

Which server are you using? Perhaps the ideal would be for the server to update the date automatically.

Because instead of using local time does not use the Storage (write to the bank) as UTC/GMT and then only at the time of display sets the local time by setting the "Timezone"? 'Cause I assume your problem is that you’re recording in a way that will conflict later.
