It seems that Xamarin is very new. They say that you can develop android or IOS or Windows Phone by C#. That’s right ?
For those who are starting now, it’s worth it or not ?

Exactly, you program in C# and it "converts" into an Android and iOS App.
It has its advantages, one of them for not knowing 2 languages (java or Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS) and create an App for both platforms.
Also the disadvantages, for example not having so many possibilities of customizations in the design of the App, and being 100% native, may or may not have some loss in performance.
There are many matters of this, the shaman is not so "new" but has improved a lot since its release.
