In the facebook, When we go in the option to see the list of contacts we send orders, we have there a button written "Sent Friendship Request". By clicking on this button comes some options in list which we can choose.
These options are ul's. But what I need is to make a popup with a characteristic of those. If you notice, you will note that, in case the button is at the bottom of the page, there is no such list (popup) open down, list opens up.
How to get effect on a ul?
Note that in the image below, the popup opens below the button
While in this other figure, the popup opens above the button because the button is at the bottom of the page so technically, if the popup opened down, options would not appear.
I partially understand what you want to do, Carlos. I think it’s best if you can clarify and/or maybe put some visual examples to be clearer.

No, it doesn’t. Do the popup is not the problem. My difficulty is how to position it on top of the button if when opening it down you cannot see the whole popup because of the end of the page equal to what occurs with the select option
