How do I capture data from a stream (Song name, album cover, band name)?

How could I capture the metadata of an audio stream and put some data as the album cover, song name, and display it on my Activity.

  • It will depend, are you using Shoutcast server / Icecast to do streaming ? Or are they just audio aquifers?

  • The url I want to read the data is this http://centova2.ciclanohost.com.br:10035/stream I’m a beginner on android and don’t have much idea how to do this.
