I went to update Microsoft.CodeDom.Providers.Dotnetcompilerplatform with the latest and stable version. Then I upgraded 1.0.5 to 1.0.6.
He wasn’t like that anymore. Now he keeps giving this problem.

I changed . Net Framework from 4.5.2 to 4.7 and problem no longer appears. I am not confident in that there.
