There are several basic modern computer architectures. Here at Sopt has some questions, about von Neumann architecture and harvard. Recently, in a small reading, they cited another architecture, that would be this such architecture of Cleopatra (or Cleopatra Architecture). I realized there was a computer called Cleopatra, by what I read in few things in Portuguese, so ended up confusing me a little.

Bring the architecture manual and summary to the next class Cleopatra. Computer Organization and Architecture p.9/9

What is the architecture of Cleopatra?

From what I found is not even an architecture on the same level, it’s a form of implementation of von Newmann, if I’m not mistaken, has no clear information.

  • @That’s why I thought it was weird and confused. The first question was when I read on a slide I found on the internet about Harvard architecture it was written: "In the next class you bring something about Cleopatra’s architecture." So I asked the question.

Some universities create some architectures to support the teaching of computer architecture chairs. These are usually based on the major architectures of the market. Cleopatra architecture is one of these, other examples are Neander and Ramses.

This explains why it is so difficult to find anything about these architectures.
