In the archive .env of my application in Laravel set a default name for sending email for example: MAIL_FROM_NAME='Registro Jurídico' and in the inbox comes Registro Jur?dicdico, What can I do to fix this? Using Laravel 5.4

Try using í instead of í, if not, check which is the encoding of your . env (open it by Notepad++ and look at the encoding in the footer)
