I have a tremendous question. How do I host a webservice with just . php files in the Hostinger or any other free host? It’s like?

Yes there is, you host it as if you were hosting any other system/ website on the web, however, an addendum. If it is for testing purposes, you can stay at any of the hosting services. However, if you are developing a production environment webservice, I recommend that you host it in some cloud hosting service, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or any other company that offers cloud hosting.
