How to Edit table values via JQUERY after web service receipts

Question

I need to create functions to edit/change and delete values from the table that arrives via JSON from a web service, the part of the webservice to handle what will be sent I know how to do, how do I do it on the JQUERY side ?

Note that I search the table data via JSON and make an apend, I now need the part to send via form the editing/ deletion of an item, and all. jquery code that pulls data :
